To find out if you should buy a towel, we took a look at the average length of towels sold in Australia.
We asked people what length they were looking for, and also what their personal bathroom was like.
This included their personal bath towels, shower towels, bath towels and shower gel towels.

The average towel takes about 2 hours to dry, and a towel should be left on the toilet for about 20 minutes.
So, the average towel should probably be somewhere between 12 and 16 inches long.
