The most popular toiletries brand in the US is being accused of ‘dumbing down’ the UK bathroom towel market.

A new report by the US company has revealed that the brand has ‘lacked a clear vision for the future’ and that they are unable to anticipate the need for bathroom towels in the future.’

We don’t have the technology and we don’t even have the data to know what the demand is,’ John Fennell, president of L’Oréal UK, told the BBC.’

A new study by the L’Oreal UK Group reveals that the company has been unable to forecast the demand for its toiletries in the next 15 years.’
